Пока что самое важное: В 12.10 (15.10 по Москве) открылась еще одна трещина прямо вплотную к городу, за пределами защитных сооружений.
Техника строит защитный вал.
Вот здесь видно, как открывается новая трещина.
Местные власти очень просят НЕ ПРИЕЗЖАТЬ. Видимо, желающих много...
Да, а зато машины все же успели угнать.

"It actually went better than expected and all equipment is safe," says Ármann Jón Garðarsson, foreman at Ístak. Together with the contractors, he went to the edge of the lava to save work machines that were being used to build walls to protect Grindavík.
On RÚV's webcam, contractors could be seen working against time to save the machines from the edge of the lava.
Ármann says that all the devices were up on the defensive wall when the eruption started.
"It may not have looked very good in the picture. But it went brilliantly well and we were under good supervision while we were doing it."

Как минимум, хозяева овец, которые, судя по местным новостям, остались в Гриндавике. Скотинку покормить-напоить некому, не то что эвакуировать. Будь я местным фермером, тоже осаждала бы кордоны, наверное.
